wipes out the whole office, we will restore your data to you, wherever you are.
Here is how our solutions enable business continuity:
Our 24/7 PReSS monitoring, alerting and fault repair service will know there’s a
fault as soon as it occurs and will often fix faults before you are even aware of
them!
Our Desktop Support services address your queries within 30 minutes, so that
individual PC errors experience minimum downtime.
The ‘lockdown’ methodology within
our Managed Desktop solution provides a standard company-wide confirmation, so that
rather than spending hours, even days repairing a faulty PC, within minutes oncore
IT can wipe the PC’s data and re-start it from scratch with the same configuration.
You
can be sure that damaged data from a faulty PC is restored to the user within minutes,
by using our daily online backup service (OLB). Lost data can be retrieved remotely
from either of our data centres in London and Paris
Should your entire office systems
go down, with our failover servers that customers can request to be installed in
your premises, your systems will automatically move over to the failover servers
and continue running as if nothing has happened.
Should you be unable to access your
offices, say from a fire, flood, blackout or even simply from a rodent infestation,
we provide a
Disaster Recovery service that enables you to relocate and either have
standby Disaster Recovery servers shipped to the new temporary location, or the service
can be made ‘live’ from our data centre for remote internet access to your data,
if your applications permit this.
