The main data centre is situated within London, UK. For an additional layer of security, we also have a data centre in mainland Europe, based in Paris. Should the main data centre fail, the Paris data centre will automatically take over, without affecting your service.
The London data centre is highly reliable and robust because it is located directly on the main Internet and is itself a main Internet Hub.
