DESKTOP SUPPORT

You can choose either our Managed Desktop service or our Desktop Assistant service.

Our Managed Desktop and Desktop Assistant services are both aimed at ensuring your desktop PCs are operating to their optimum capacity. By standardising your desktop PCs as much as possible, greater efficiency is achieved from the system overall and downtime is minimised. Having a standard PC configuration means that if a problem occurs on a user’s PC that cannot be resolved quickly, the PC can be quickly ‘wiped’ clean and rebuilt from scratch, normally within one hour.

Fast reaction - you receive assistance with a desktop problem in less than 30 minutes.

 

Persistence - oncore IT will continue to address your desktop PC fault until it is resolved.

 

Managed Desktop service

This is a true end-to-end service, in the sense
that we will fully manage your desktop PCs, from
their implementation and the way they are configured, to repairing faults – remotely, or
on-site if needed - within a guaranteed time
period.

Desktop Assistant service
If you want to give your personnel more freedom to control their own PCs and download their software or choice, this service option is for you. We provide you with the same quality of support and response time. The repair time period can’t be guaranteed as with the Managed Service because we can’t control how each of your PCs are configured, so fault sources naturally take longer to pinpoint.
