Oncore IT will schedule IT support as urgently as is required, depending on the nature of the problem, its IT vulnerability and its effect on your organisation. Other support service options are available with guaranteed or priority-based response times if required.
Our Support Desk
Our IT support desk is based within our Network Operation Centre in Aldgate, London. Every support request or call is logged and assessed for priority. We keep records of dates, contacts, problems reported, how it was dealt with and its on-going status and resolution, for easy review.
Pro-Active IT System Maintenance
Support contracts can include 24/7 monitoring; we are automatically notified via your server of the status of your UPS, Backup, Anti-Virus and System State (subject to availability), so we are often the first to know if something is irregular, and where necessary we can log the issue and get right on to fixing it, therefore reducing your risk.
In addition, we can proactively undertake weekly remote health checks of your IT system, using our purpose-built, health checking system to ensure its stability and maximum efficiency, whilst verifying the reliability of any backup system. We also offer remote backup services, which then emails you a convenient report summarising the health check and the status. If any issues are detected, we log the issue and set to fixing it immediately ,
IT Asset Management
We securely and confidentially keep detailed configuration logs, hardware serial numbers, settings, passwords and login details for each client. This information is vital not only in the event of a disaster, but to ensure we can respond to support requests quickly and efficiently.
Third Party IT Vendor Management
To make computer support even more stress-free for our clients, we can take away the burden of having to deal with multiple suppliers, and being pulled from vendor to vendor to get technical issues resolved. Oncore IT can act on your behalf to liaise with these third parties, such as Telecoms, Internet, IT Software and Hardware providers – therefore you simply make just one call to us, and have all support issues dealt with centrally, giving you more time to focus on your business.
